Return and Exchanges Policy

Order changes/cancellations:

Orders maybe canceled or modified within 24 hours of confirmation as long as they have not shipped from distribution.

Returns and Exchanges:

Luxx Cosmetics strives to present our customers with premium products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your purchase to Luxx Cosmetics within 14 days.

Return or exchange your items in original packaging, along with completed Return/Exchange Form to the address below. Luxx Cosmetics does not pay for shipping and handling on returns and exchanges.

If exchanging an item, your credit card will be credited for the return and charged for the cost of the new item and shipping.

If a free gift was included with the original order, please included the free gift with your return in order to receive credit. If the free gift does not accompany the return, your credit will be prorated.

Luxx Cosmetics recommends returns to be made via UPS, Fedex or insured parcel post for your protection and insure prompt delivery.

Allow up to 14 days for refunds to be posted to your credit card and account. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
